1. Publisher and scope
Neon Lastline is developed and published by Maxime Vidalinc in his own name as an individual, reachable at contact@maxvyr.xyz. This policy covers the mobile game, its online leaderboard, its official website and support correspondence. Publisher contact details are listed in the legal notice.
2. Data on your device
The game stores language and sound preferences, some progress information and runs waiting to be submitted to the leaderboard. These records keep your settings and allow submissions to resume after network interruptions.
Clearing app data or uninstalling the app may remove local records. System backups, if any, follow your Apple or Google settings. This does not delete records already received by the leaderboard.
3. Identity and leaderboard
Sign-in uses Game Center on iOS or Google Play Games on Android. The service receives proof of this sign-in and associates results with a player identifier and nickname. The game does not ask for your Apple or Google password.
The server stores the platform, the platform player identifier, display name, and creation and update dates. Submitted runs include score, wave, kills, duration, revives and date.
Your nickname, results and an opaque technical reference may appear on the public leaderboard. The native Game Center or Play Games identifier is not returned by the public leaderboard. Personal history requires an authenticated session.
4. Advertising and choices
The game uses Google AdMob for rewarded videos and interstitial ads. Depending on configuration and your choices, Google may process your IP address, approximate location inferred from it, device identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic or performance information.
Google User Messaging Platform collects advertising choices where required. On iOS, Apple’s tracking permission is a separate choice. Declining tracking does not mean that no technical data is processed.
5. Website and support
The publisher has not added marketing analytics, ad pixels, account forms or newsletter registration to this website. Images and fonts are served with the website.
Hosting providers may process technical information needed for delivery and security, including IP addresses, requests, browser information and error logs. Their technical mechanisms are also covered by their privacy policies.
If you contact support, your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send are used to answer and follow up on your request.
6. Purposes and applicable grounds
Game and authentication data provide the leaderboard and history features you use. Processing needed for these features relies on performance of the service.
Security, abuse prevention and support rely on the legitimate interest in maintaining a reliable service, subject to your rights. Advertising operations that require consent rely on that consent only when given. Legal obligations may require keeping certain records.
7. Recipients and hosting
Maxime Vidalinc handles support and administers the service. Apple and Google provide platform game services. Google also provides ads and consent choices.
The leaderboard uses Cloudflare Workers and D1. The website uses OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Email providers process the correspondence necessary for support.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their policies describe processing locations and applicable transfer safeguards. You may request more information using the contact above.
8. Retention
The server retains the 50 most recent runs per player and an older personal best when needed. Older runs outside that set are removed as new runs are submitted.
The player profile and best result remain for leaderboard operation until deletion or the end of that feature. The current version does not automatically purge profiles after a fixed number of inactive days. You may request deletion from support.
Support correspondence is kept while addressing and following up on the issue. Records needed for legal obligations or a dispute may be retained for the corresponding period. Provider-managed data also follows each provider’s retention rules.
9. Your rights
Depending on your situation and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.
Email contact@maxvyr.xyz with your request. For leaderboard records, include your platform and nickname. Proportionate verification may be required to protect another player’s data.
You may complain to your competent data protection authority, including the CNIL in France.
10. Minors and policy updates
Check the platform’s age rating and rules before playing. If you are a minor, ask your parent or legal guardian for help where needed to understand advertising choices and your rights.
This policy may change with the game and its services. The date on this page identifies the published version. Changes requiring new consent must be presented with the corresponding choice.
